‘Continuing drought has hit the revenues of Australia’s largest agricultural asset managers, with total annualised returns falling to 12.5 per cent from 16.2 per cent in the June quarter, according to the latest reading of the Australian Farmland Index. The index tracks the performance of $1.14 billion of premier farmland managed by the likes of Rural Funds Management, Laguna Bay and Gunn Agri Partners.’
