11 Oct 2018 (AFR) – First annual unit rent decline in Sydney since 2004: Domain

‘Apartment rent prices across Australia dipped over the September quarter, with Sydney weighing slightly on the overall market. Nationally, asking rents for units fell 0.4 per cent to $461 per week in part caused by rental stock in Sydney hitting an all-time high.’
