4 July 2018 (TheAge) – Retailers head inside leaving CBD shops in the cold

‘The city’s retail vacancy rate has increased for the second year running, blown out by empty space in St Collins Lane and trendy Little Collins Street. Research from Knight Frank shows vacancy in the core retail precinct shot up to 3.1 per cent in June 2018, from 2.7 per cent a year ago.’
