‘The number of new apartments launched has picked up from its low point last year, but developers’ ability to supply the ongoing demand for housing will depend on whether banks will fund their project or not, consultancy Urbis says. The consultancy’s Urbis Apartment Essentials report shows there were 39 new projects launched comprising 5674 new units in the three months to March, marking two quarters of new launches above the trough in September.’
