31 May 2018 (AFR) – Brisbane office vacancy to fall to 8.9 per cent by end of year: CBRE

‘Brisbane’s prime office vacancy rate is expected to fall to 8.9 per cent by the end of the year – down from more than 12 per cent at the start of the year – as the city benefits from business expansion underpinned by strengthening white collar employment growth, say commercial agents CBRE.’
