3 Aug 2017 (TheAge) – Building approvals jump 10.9 per cent in June

‘Approvals for the construction of new homes bounced 10.9 per cent in June, giving little indication the housing market is cooling. Economists had expected an increase of one per cent, following a revised 5.4 per cent decline in May.’
