20 July 2017 (AFR) – Space squeeze drives office rents higher in Sydney, Melbourne: JLL

‘The national vacancy rate in the $225 billion commercial office market is at its lowest in the past four years, pushing up returns for landlords and pointing to strengthening business confidence. The national CBD office market vacancy rate fell to 10.9 per cent in the second quarter of 2017, according to JLL figures.’
