‘Investors aren’t quite prepared to follow the old saying “sell in May and go away” despite a week of ugly profit downgrades that sparked dramatic share price moves. Junior telco Vocus Communications, packaging firm Pact Group, footwear retailer RCG Corporation, Fairfax Media and casino operator The Star Entertainment Group were among the companies to warn of tougher tradingconditions.
