2 Mar 2017 (AFR) – China’s PMI nears best in four years, helped by exports

‘Chinese manufacturers are more optimistic about the future than at any point in almost two years, even as the pick-up in the world’s second-biggest economy continued to favour larger state-owned firms. Helped by a jump in exports, the Caixin General Manufacturing PMI rose to 51.7 points in February, although it is still below levels seen at the end of last year.’
