12 Jan 2017 (AFR) – Commercial deals slumped 20 per cent to $27b in 2016 due to lack of stock

‘A lack of prime grade property for sale rather than weaker investor demand drove a 20 per cent fall in the value of commercial property transactions last year, according to figures from real estate group Savills Australia.’
