11 Nov 2016 (AFR) – Investor property borrowing rises to yearly high in September

‘New investor loans rose to their highest level in more than a year in September even as owner occupiers took a step back. Lending to investors rose 4.6 per cent from August to $12.4 billion, the largest monthly total since August last year, when the figure was $12.7 billion.’
