2 Nov 2016 (TheAge) – Investors’ retail affair continues as yields sharpen

‘An ongoing investor love affair with Australian retail assets saw more than $8.4 billion traded over the year to September as yields continue to sharpen, the latest research shows. The upward trend was about $1.3 billion above the five-year average and reflected strong activity by REITs and foreign purchasers, Savills Australia said.’
