2 Nov 2016 (TheAge) – Industrial vacancy rate holds steady despite auto shutdown

‘Melbourne’s industrial vacancy rate has inched up slightly ahead of the looming shut down of the automotive industry, but the outlook is not as gloomy as expected. Urbis’ eighth Industrial Vacancy Study shows empty space around Melbourne increased to 3.9 per cent, up from 3.8 per cent six months ago in the first quarter of 2016.’
