13 Oct 2016 (AFR) – Andrew Forrest says commodity prices have hit bottom; worst is behind us

‘Mining magnate Andrew Forrest has declared that the nation is close to the end of a five-year slump in commodity prices that has skewered successive government efforts to repair the federal budget. “I do think the worst is behind us,” Mr Forrest told the National Press Club, where he issued a fresh appeal to remove “small politics” from welfare reform for Indigenous people.’
