6 Oct 2016 (AFR) – Sydney’s secondary office rent threat to business as it punches through $1000

‘Renting a secondary grade office in Sydney has never been more expensive with several deals having pushed the price for B-grade space over $1000 per square metre for the first time in the city’s history. The price hike is being driven by a supply shortage caused by the resumption of building for the city’s new metro rail and the conversion of other office buildings into residential properties.’
