21 Sept 2016 (AFR) – Housing price growth hits the brakes in June as Sydney values slow, ABS says

‘Home values rose at their slowest pace in more than three years in the year to the end of June quarter, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Dwelling prices across Australia’s eight capital cities were 4.1 per cent higher at the end of June than a year earlier and it was the slowest annual increase since March 2013, when it was 3.1 per cent.’
