30 Jun 2014 (AFR) – Two more arrests in IBM-SPSS insider trading scandal

‘The insider trading scandal instigated by Australian Trent Martin has widened in New York after two more stockbrokers were arrested and charged by United States prosecutors. Martin, from Sydney’s northern beaches, and four co-accused allegedly traded on confidential information about computer giant IBM preparing to pay a big premium to takeover Chicago software company SPSS.’
